Job description

Context of the role :

Modjo is growing fast, with a client portfolio that is evolving over time in volume, in client types (startups, scale-ups, enterprise) and geographies. The account managers at Modjo are committed to creating and delivering the best possible experience to the users.

With our ambition to become #1 in Europe, we have a growing number of entreprise clients and we aim to radically grow their share in our revenue stream.

In this context, we are looking for our first Entreprise Account Manager whose mission will be to deliver a best in class service to our biggest and most strategic clients. You will also be in charge of proactively identifying new sales opportunities within our existing accounts and in their immediate environments. In order to build and maintain a magical customer relationship, you’ll be working in pair with the sales & the product team to unlock our accounts full potential.

Your daily roles to succeed :

- Deployment : Define the implementation roadmap with the client and identify the resources needed to onboard their teams on Modjo and make sure they take the best value from the tool asap.

- Define and implement specific usage standards for enterprise accounts

- Consulting approach : understand client needs/requirements by analyzing their Modjo usage and following-up on their team KPIs in order to provide forward thinking business recommendations and appropriate product/service(s) trainings

- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients: build and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders from each key clients.

- Find your ambassadors and always strive to understand your playground.

- Create trust via regular touchpoints that will help them always improve their use of Modjo.

- Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts

- Be the voice of the customer within Modjo: coordinate with the product & sales team to provide feedback & request from clients. You have a key role in product evolution & innovation. A lot of new features and business opportunities come from our clients' unexpected use-cases that are mentioned by the AM team.

Here are some required skills to be great at this job :

Working with entreprise clients means facing high-value deals, multiple high-level stakeholders and team dependencies. This requires experience and drive and we need a team player who loves to project management, problem solving and who not afraid to be challenged.

More specifically if :

- You are a people person :  you know how to create trust with any type of stakeholder and are great at sharing good vibes

- You have excellent communication skills : you are straightforward, easy to follow and can onboard anyone with your enthousiasm.

- You have a structured mindset and are rigorous : you know how to follow a process and make it evolve to stay efficient

- You want to work like an entrepreneur : you know how to be autonomous, take initiatives and you have a strong capacity to adapt to any type of situation (rush or slow)

- Full professional proficiency in English and in French

- At least 3 years of experience. We value previous experiences as customer success manager or account managers in a SaaS with high-level B2B clients, account management for entreprise companies (1000+ headcount), consulting, or project management.

Bonus skills & experiences : 

Speaking Spanish or German is a ++
