Job Description

The primary responsibility of this role is to identify, attract, and screen candidates for corporate staff positions across Prague, Bratislava, and Kyiv. The role involves close collaboration with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure the right talent is secured for open positions. This position plays a critical role in ensuring efficient recruitment processes and leveraging technology and communication strategies to attract top talent.

Talent Acquisition: Source candidates through multiple channels, review resumes, conduct interviews, and manage the end-to-end hiring process. You will act as an advisor to Field HR teams on hiring of restaurant talents.

Digital Platform Management: Oversee and advise on new AI-driven hiring platforms, including maintenance and training for key users (hiring managers and licensed partners).

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work actively with Marketing and Communications teams to align
social media campaigns with hiring needs for both corporate offices and restaurants.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
  • Manage the candidate experience and keep them engaged throughout the hiring process
  • Track and analyze data related to employer branding efforts, such as social media engagement, website traffic, and candidate conversion rates
  • Create a positive candidate experience that reflects the company's values and culture

Qualification:

Functional skills

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Recruiter / Talent Advisor
  • Excellent command of English – Upper – Intermediate + level
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Experience in Recruitment digital system implementation
  • Understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
