Why this role exists
To accelerate this momentum, we’re hiring our very first U.S. Account Executive, based in New York City, working hand-in-hand with our founder Louiza and our U.S. Country Opener Ryad. You’ll be the first sales hire on the ground, with a unique opportunity to shape our U.S. GTM and make an outsized impact.
What you’ll be doing (own the full cycle)
Build and execute a U.S. territory plan: generate a pipeline across every major restaurant city—from Miami to Chicago—not just New York.
Run end-to-end deals: from qualification to demo, proposal, negotiation and closing, with speed and consultative rigor.
Craft compelling ROI narratives: link restaurateurs’ challenges (low online visibility, weak review presence, poor social engagement) to Malou’s solution suite.
Own your forecasting: keep your CRM clean and your pipeline predictable.
Be the voice of the U.S. market: share customer insights and feature requests with our Paris HQ to influence roadmap and positioning.
Represent Malou with pride: attend industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to boost our presence and credibility.

What makes you a great fit
3+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience to small or mid-sized businesses; experience with restaurant operators is a major plus.
A proven ability to exceed sales targets in a high-velocity, fast-paced environment.
Strong command of sales tools (HubSpot or Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools).
You’re comfortable managing a high volume of short sales cycles and more complex, multi-location deals in parallel.
You understand restaurant culture, you speak their language, and your energy matches their passion.
