As a Client Partner, your role is to manage your client portofolio during their first months with LaGrowth Machine in order to :
Teach clients how to effectively use the tool : LaGrowthMachine is powerful, but it comes with some complexity. You’ll be in charge of your clients’ onboarding and ramp-up within the LGM ecosystem.
Advise them on building high-performing multichannel campaigns: segmentation, copywriting, and integration with other tools (Clay, Zapier, CRM integrations, Webhooks, API). You’ll guide them to make the most out of every channel.
Monitor and analyze their campaign performance: great campaigns improve every day through data. You’ll help clients understand and leverage the insights generated by their campaigns to continuously optimize their prospecting. For advanced clients, you’ll co-build custom dashboards tailored to their needs.
Drive adoption of LaGrowthMachine within their teams: your mission is to ensure the tool is smoothly and efficiently integrated into their existing workflows and tech stack, becoming a key part of their prospecting strategy.
Being a Client Partner at LaGrowthMachine means being a trusted partner that our users can turn to whenever they have questions — whether about the product or their strategy. The role is ambitious and requires excellent interpersonal skills, as well as strong technical abilities and a solid understanding of outbound and growth.
You’ll need to position yourself as an expert and challenge how clients use LGM — helping them understand the importance of segmentation and copywriting for better campaign performance, while also supporting them in implementing advanced strategies and integrations within LGM.
But don’t panic ! If you think you might be lacking some skills, you will be trained by the very bests.
Brice Maurin ( deux.io founder ) will teach you about growth strategy basics and numerous tools that go hand in hand with LGM
Adrien Moreau-Camard (NUMA) will update you on sales & prospection business models fundamentals
Agathe Bancel ( LGM experience of 5 years ) will continuously be coaching you for the first 3 months
By the end, as you will be close to clients, you will be responsible for bringing clients’ features expectations & observations to the product team. By so you will contribute to our product roadmap.
At this point, you got it : showing a simple demo of the product is not the only thing we expect from you ! It is not only an ambitious job, but also a wide and primordial job that will make you a BtoB prospection expert. We expect autonomy, emotional intelligence & cheerful mindset from you.

Profil recherché
2-years experience in BtoB sales / lead-generation ( both inbound and outbound)
English & French fluent : you must master english enough to follow up closely your clients on technical and strategical issues.
you are very thorough and you don’t like “slapdash”
you have excellent notions of segmentation, copywriting & sales cycles
you are already familiar with Sales & Marketing usual toolbox
if you have done outbound prospection already ( with LGM..? ) it is a must

Very autonomous : micro-management is not our thing
Accountable : if something goes wrong, we expect you to be honest about it and tell us right away. We all make mistakes, the question is more about how you react to them :)
Good teaching skills : you help your clients master LGM. If you dont like to pass on knowledge, go on your way.
Active listener : you must listen carefully to your clients, analysing their needs and translating it into how he should use LGM
Stamina : for a good remote team experience, we gather clients calls on afternoons
A typical day is dedicated to day-to-day tasks ( client follow ups, content redaction… ) or team tasks ( product team meeting, pipeline review… ) on the morning, and from 4 to 6 one-to-one calls on the afternoon.
