As a BDR, you will:
Drive top-of-funnel activity and own the first interaction with future enterprise clients.
Research, prospect, and qualify high-potential accounts across TA, HRIS, Talent, and AI/Innovation teams.
Experiment with outbound strategies: messaging, sequences, channels, and build what works.
Collaborate closely with AEs and marketing to refine ICP, outbound strategy, and account prioritisation.
Help build a repeatable motion in the U.S. and become a future leader in our GTM team.
You might be a strong fit if you:
Speak both English and French fluently.
Have experience in a dynamic sales or tech environment.
Feel confident prospecting into mid-market and enterprise accounts.
Are passionate about learning, whether it’s AI, GTM strategies, product, or customer pain points.
Communicate clearly, think critically, and enjoy engaging with C-level executives.
Want to be part of a fast-paced, high-ownership, no-fluff team with huge growth potential.
Bonus points if you:
Have prospected into HR, Talent, People, or AI personas.
Bring experience with tools like Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
