The Finance team is composed of only one MadBoxer: it’s me, Arnaud Desproges 🙂 I worked actively for the past 3 years to support our scale on both Paris and Barcelona offices and make processes smooth and time-saving for everyone.

Scope & organization
You will part/work closely (based on your experience) with the C-level team to drive the company's performance and strategy, reporting to the CEOPart of the G&A team (7 pax) you will be supported by our 2 Office Managers in both the Paris and Barcelona offices for day-to-day finance operationsFP&A
Monitor and analyze monthly variations vs. Budget/Reforecast, operational performance, and key finance metrics (GOM, EBITDA, DSO/DPO)Supervise all the topline performance analysis that the team provides each month to C-levels, operation teams, and investorsPrepare reporting deck for C-Level and Board meetingsBuild scalable processes to achieve perfect accuracy and remove as many as possible manual inputsEnsure financial and legal corporate compliance with the support of our accountants, auditors, and legal advisorsBudgets & Reforecasts
Be an active participant of the yearly budget building and re-forecasting process by providing ad hoc analysis and presentation to C-Level and stakeholdersBe the main Finance interlocutor of the budget owners for daily questions, budget construction, and strategic mattersEstablish regular meetings with budget owners to get feedback, cost, and project updatesT-Shaped topics
