We’re looking for a curious and passionate Content Marketing Manager to join the lempire team with one main mission: to further establish our leadership position in the email deliverability space.

You’ll produce most actionable articles and relatable stories that will help people learn how their message can reach anyone in the world. You’ll master one of the rarest and greatest skills in the process for a content creator: knowing how to make complex things sound simple.

You will be responsible for the creation of blog articles, website pages, ebooks, video scripts, and special lemlist projects that are aiming to inspire one million entrepreneurs to grow successful and profitable businesses.

You’ll have a focus on lemwarm, our auto warm-up email tool that helps boost email deliverability and keep emails out of spam. If those words sounds a bit unclear for you, you can check out this article or this video ;)

Here’s what your first few weeks will look like:

Phase 1: week 1 (Onboarding)

• Full content audit and getting familiar with our products
• Understanding our target audience, outcomes they are chasing, and language they use
• Take lemlist for a spin and send your first campaigns

Phase 2: week 2 (Blog update)

• Prepare content marketing strategy and first article briefs
• Propose your SEO strategy to position lemwarm as organically
• Explain how you’re planning to update existing articles for better organic ranking

Phase 3: week 3+ (Creation)

• Start writing your first article
• Start updating articles, placing strategic redirects and optimizing SEO on-page

You’re a content creator with a proven “word record” and an attitude of only wanting to produce top content. No compromises! Native-level English (both speaking and writing) is a must. You’re super comfortable with proofreading your own work and there are no rookie mistakes once you publish it. But on top of everything, you have passion for storytelling and creating content that wins people’s hearts.

• Deliver educational + entertaining content on a regular basis
• Understand searcher’s intent and be proactive in suggesting topics to write about
• Master the art of storytelling using the language and examples our audience would use
• Be able to prepare on-page SEO plans and execute them

Nice to have

• You’ve used lemlist in the past and you know the ins and outs of the product
• You’ve watched “The Office” multiple times and you understand jokes from Friends (happening regularly in our marketing team)
• You’re a pro meme creator and can invision the possibilities as you’re writing
