In a context of strong growth, Lemonway is improving its internal processes by generalizing integration and continuous deployment and wants to strengthen the production team in charge of the technical infrastructure by adding a level 2 support dimension. In order to support these teams, we are looking for an API Support Engineer that will be part of achieving the Client Success OKRs. reporting to the Head of Customer Success and Client Implementation you will be able to improve customer experience in collecting feedback from our clients but also providing them content like FAQ.
RESPONSABILITES
In this role, you will be responsible for :
You will be responsible for managing 1st level API technical support, in collaboration with the Customer Success and IT teams
You will be in direct contact with customers, and responsible for the resolution of their incidents via our ticketing system
Establish the root causes of incidents (RCA) and communicate them to the development teams
Asses together with client success and IT production teams to assess recurring problems
Technical Skills
Have the ability to consume API through Postman or Swagger
Familiar with the Json Format
Ability to read logs through Kibana
Development or SQL skills is a plus
Fluent English and French mandatory
Soft skills
You demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills;
You proactively take charge of problems and resolves them;
You pay attention to detail and have good communication skills
You are able to document technical processes in clear and concise way
Experience working with cross-functional, cross-departmental and virtual teams.
Background
Good knowledge of computer networks and main OSes (Linux, Windows )
Knowledge of common databases (MySQL, SQL Server, Maria DB, etc.) is a plus
