At lemlist, 90% of our tech team is focused on scaling our flagship Sales Engagement Platform (32M+ ARR, 18K customer companies, 40K users in 90 countries, 2M+ emails sent per day 🚀).
lemwarm and lemcal are core features inside lemlist, while our Personal Branding team builds Taplio and Tweethunter on a separate stack.We’re a mix of full-stack devs, SRE, DevOps, Data, and Support, driven by autonomy, ownership, and the obsession to ship value fast. Our culture is hands-on: pair-programming, continuous learning, and solving huge challenges of scalability, deliverability, and speed.

We use our own Shape Up, inspired framework (“lemagile”), with squads (PM, Dev, Designer + SRE/Data when needed) and a clear vertical growth path. JavaScript is our core, but you don’t need to know MeteorJS, if you’re curious and sharp, we’ll get you onboard.

Our team is split into two squads working hand in hand:

👉 The CSM squad ensures every client gets maximum value from the platform, supporting adoption, success, and long-term growth.
