Job Description

✨ Key responsabilities :

1. Payments & Deal Management

  • Verify payments and assign them to the correct deals.

  • Follow up with clients, manage payments, and update property availability.

  • Negotiate payment schedules when needed.

  • Provide support in closing deals (contacting owners for availability, pricing, etc.).

  • Track closed deals for the three B2C teams.

 

2. KPI Monitoring & Reporting

  • Monitor and analyze the team’s KPIs, and update dashboards.

  • Update daily performance and activity figures.

  • Create various reports to improve the team’s conversion rate.

  • Support the team for each “Regco” meeting for every destination and analyze KPIs for each.

 

3. Team & Administrative Support

  • Support the Bramble team (organizing their figures, managing their shared inbox).

  • Prepare materials for weekly meetings, sales meetings.

  • Update customer information and Cardex.


Požadavky na pozici

  • Strong rigor, organization, and attention to detail are essential.

  • Strong interest in the luxury, travel, and hospitality sectors.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English, French is a plus.

  • Autonomous, proactive, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

  • Proficient in office tools (Excel, Word).

  • Positive and flexible mindset, with a willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
