Job description
Within the Finance team based in Barcelona, he/she will be responsible for :
Finance
- Preparing the payrolls with Payfit
- Create the new contracts in Payfit
- Follow up on the company rules with the Team members
- Employee expense management
- Control the company cars and expenses of the team
- All tasks that can help the finance team in achieving the objectives
- Coordinate with the team leaders of each department to validate the holidays.
Office Life
- Internal communication with the Spain teams
- Communicate and oversee workplace hazard prevention,
- Creating company policies
- Improving employee relations
- Evaluate all H&R related topics in Spain, and present possible improvements.
- Oversee the implementation of possible new ways of working in the H&R department.

Preferred experience
Preferred experience/ Required profile
Education
2 or 3 of higher education;
Qualities required
Candidates with atypical profiles, with great facility to work in a team;
Professional relationships easily;
Excellent oral and written skills in English and Spanish; French is an extra.
Have had a similar significant experience
Knowledge of the scale-up world
Appetence for finance, management, and human resources
Strong interpersonal skills and autonomy;
Versatile, creative, reactive, service-minded, efficient, empathetic, and proactive.
