Within the Finance team based in Barcelona, he/she will be responsible for :

Finance

  • Preparing the payrolls with Payfit
  • Create the new contracts in Payfit
  • Follow up on the company rules with the Team members
  • Employee expense management
  • Control the company cars and expenses of the team
  • All tasks that can help the finance team in achieving the objectives
  • Coordinate with the team leaders of each department to validate the holidays.

Office Life

  • Internal communication with the Spain teams
  • Communicate and oversee workplace hazard prevention,
  • Creating company policies
  • Improving employee relations
  • Evaluate all H&R related topics in Spain, and present possible improvements.
  • Oversee the implementation of possible new ways of working in the H&R department.

Požadavky na pozici

Preferred experience/ Required profile

Education

2 or 3 of higher education;

Qualities required

Candidates with atypical profiles, with great facility to work in a team;
Professional relationships easily;
Excellent oral and written skills in English and Spanish; French is an extra.
Have had a similar significant experience
Knowledge of the scale-up world
Appetence for finance, management, and human resources
Strong interpersonal skills and autonomy;
Versatile, creative, reactive, service-minded, efficient, empathetic, and proactive.
