Organisations are moving towards centralisations to optimize and harmonize processes.In line with a transformation that started within the MF Brands a few years ago, the Group is looking to strongly optimise their existing network and progressively expand their business within the next years.The Group is looking to build a team that would report into the Director Global Real Estate.The goal for this team would be to build up and streamline processes, gather best practices, analyse KPIs related to the network, on a global scale with a primary focus on cost efficiency and recommendations.More particularly, the Group is looking for its future Business Analyst Retail Real Estate who will be responsible for contributing to the top-line, bottom-line, and brand development of all Maus Frères retail brands across the entire global retail distribution landscape by supporting the brands' market entities in ensuring the strongest store portfolio and providing real estate expertise in managing international expansion in line with their business' long-term distribution master plan.
