Missions

We are looking for a Customer Support Intern who will work closely with the Revenues & Operations teams to build the best customer journey and deliver a strong value to our merchants. This role is at the heart of our customer-centric strategy and our human approach to business.

You main missions will be:

  • Support the Customer Success Manager in the follow-up of his customers

  • Follow the customers in real time, answer their problems

  • Act as the customer’s spokesperson by identifying and communicating to the Product team the platform’s weak points or development opportunities.

  • Develop new internal processes to increase efficiency and responsiveness to our customers

  • Perform various analyses (conversion rate, number of shopping carts generated per Just) and provide recommendations

This internship is available from September 2024 for a duration of 6 months.


Požadavky na pozici

Profil

  • You are currently in a business school

  • You are looking for a 2nd part of gap year or an end-of-studies internship

  • You have good interpersonal skills and excellent oral and written communication skills (french and english)

  • You have an analytical mind, like to solve problems

  • You are organized, versatile and responsive

  • You are attracted by start-ups and the e-commerce environment
