📌 About the Role

Jus Mundi is looking for a Corporate Finance apprentice to join the Finance team. This position is based in Paris, with a flexible remote working arrangement.
You will work with the FP&A Manager, the Accounts Receivable Specialist and the CFO.

🌟Your mission at Jus Mundi

• Assist with accounting closings (French, US, and Singapore) in conjunction with the chartered accountant;

• Maintain the accounting up-to-date with the recent best-in-class SaaS Accounting tool, Pennylane;

• Managing client and supplier invoicing, payment tracking, and cash flow monitoring;

• Contribute to the creation of data-driven reports and visual dashboards;

• Support the Finance team with cross-functional projects;

• Take part in deploying new financial tools and optimizing day-to-day processes.

⚙️ Preferred Experience and Skills

• Currently pursuing a Master’s in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

• Basic understanding of corporate finance principles (financial statements, budgeting, forecasting).

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with financial modeling or data analysis tools is a plus.

• Comfortable working with numbers, data, and reporting.

• Fluency in French and English.

• Ability to work effectively within a team and across departments.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and international setting.
