Customer experience is important for all companies and we have passion for it. Global Support Centre (GSC) is division inside IPSOS, based in Prague and dedicated to monitoring and management of customer experience for entire world.
At this moment we are looking for a person who will support the GSC:
• an emphasis in communication and issue management;
• daily control of incoming questionnaires and fieldwork progression;
• email communication (Outlook);
• Office tools, mainly Excel.
• the position is part-time (20 hours a week);
• the contract is DPP or DPC or ICO;
• potentional start - immediately.
• fluency in the German language or the English language would be nicely welcomed;
• good team player;
• solution-oriented profile;
• sense of urgency and prioritization.
