Global Support Centre (GSC) is a division inside IPSOS, based in Prague and dedicated to monitoring and management of customer experience via mystery shopping and its application. The goal of GSC is to support individual IPSOS countries in mystery shopping project management.

For our GSC Quality Assurance team we are looking for:

Project Data Validator with French language - part-time

The Validator will be responsible for the content, language check and transcription of recordings from Mystery shoppers.

• Candidate already based in Prague / Czech Republic

• Native French or at level C1+ (reading and writing skills)

• Communicative level of English language

• Dutiful and responsible person

• Notebook for the validation work + Basic PC skills
