Customer experience is important for all companies and we have a passion for it. Global Support Centre (GSC) is a division inside IPSOS, based in Prague and dedicated to monitoring and management of customer experience via mystery shopping and its application.
At this moment we are looking for a person who will support the GSC panel team:
The main goal of this position is to manage Mystery Shopping project´s fieldwork. The Fieldwork Coordination Alocator is responsible for allocating tasks to Mystery Shoppers and building relationships with them for the Ipsos brand.
Supporting and helping new joining Mystery Shoppers with the Briefing process
Answering general Mystery Shoppers questions relating to the settings of their profile, payment,etc.
Building relationship with Mystery Shoppers as far as the Ipsos Brand
Keeping accurate records: Being able to change survey start date, planned date an due date, pay item and information in CP columns
Understand project specifications like shopper profile, blackout date, timing and deadlines, etc.
Keeping project budget in line with quoted hours and direct costs
Sending / Updating regularly the reports about the FW and the workflow
