Požadavky na pozici

Technical Skills & Experience

Education: Master’s Degree (Bac +5)
Experience: 5 to 10 years in B2B Marketing, with proven experience in long sales cycles (6-12 months) and ABM
Languages: Perfectly Bilingual in French and English (Mandatory)
Sales Culture: Ability to work hand-in-hand with the Sales team in a complex sales environment
Product Agility: Strong understanding of new product launches and Freemium business models
Tools: Expertise in HubSpot and strong knowledge of AI for marketing (productivity and automation)

Soft Skills

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Leadership and ability to structure a department and manage a team

  • High level of autonomy and strong organizational skills

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
