You will work closely with teams in Paris, the US, and Japan, and your work will directly impact deployments in factories worldwide.
Your mission is to break our product before the customer ever can.
As a Robotics Test & Validation Engineer, you will own the internal validation of our product across robots, environments, and use cases. You will stress-test our system, identify edge cases, push reliability, and play a critical role in ensuring our generalist vision model performs flawlessly in production.
You will spend most of your time in our lab on real robots, and you will occasionally join our deployment team on customer sites to understand real-world environments, constraints, and failure modes. This feedback loop is key to making our product robust in actual factory conditions.

Reproduce customer-side issues internally, diagnose root causes, and validate fixes
Benchmark product performance across lighting, environments, objects, and tasks
Identify failure modes and push the team to resolve reliability gaps
Develop and automate validation pipelines whenever possible
Document test results clearly and drive issues to closure with engineering
Join deployment teams on selected field deployments to observe real factory environments, collect feedback, and feed it back into our validation process
Collaborate with teams in Europe, the US, and Japan to align on product quality and deployment readiness
Contribute to improving product robustness, safety, and deployment readiness
