🎯 Your Mission

You’ll work directly with the CPO to shape the future of our product. This is a foundational role in our Product team. We’re looking for someone who is not just an executor, but a co-builder, a thinker, and a doer who thrives in ambiguity and wants to have a lasting impact on how we scale our platform and culture.

🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing

• Partner with the CPO to take over ownership of product operations, and work with her on product strategy and long-term vision.

• Lead product discovery and exploration for key strategic initiatives

• Define and implement analytics to understand usage, generate insights, and continuously improve product value.

• Collaborate closely with engineers and our designer to deliver high-quality features.

• Help structure product processes: configurations, specs, rituals, and quality standards.

• Own and maintain clear, structured documentation to ensure alignment and scalability.

• Own the functional quality analysis: ensure product features meet functional expectations before release, coordinate acceptance criteria, and continuously monitor quality post-launch.

• Proactively explore how Gen AI, agents, and automation can be leveraged to boost product management productivity, streamline discovery, and accelerate value delivery.

• Contribute to building a product culture based on ownership, care, and fast learning.

• You have 5+ years in Product Management, ideally in SaaS or platform-oriented companies.

• You’re hands-on, comfortable leading discovery, working with data, and getting things shipped.

• You care about users and their experience — not just what you build, but why.

• You’re analytical and comfortable defining and measuring product success.

• You know how to lead without ego and collaborate across functions with trust and reliability.

• You love learning fast, improving constantly, and building things that matter.

• You are curious and proactive about how Generative AI, agents, and automation can transform product management workflows and product capabilities — and you’re eager to test and implement innovative approaches.

• Bonus: experience with international markets or AI-based features is a big plus.

• You speak English, and speaking French is a plus.

🧑‍💻 The Team You’ll Join

• You’ll report directly to the Chief Product Officer (CPO).

• You’ll work closely with our Lead Designer

• Our tech team includes a CTO and 4+ experienced engineers, with solid processes in place.

• You’ll collaborate with sales, customer success, and ops.
