We are looking for a skilled DevOps Team Lead to join our dynamic team as we develop our cloud-based product. Your main duties will include:

• Establishing and managing the necessary tools and processes to support our cloud platform, with a strong focus on ensuring top-notch reliability and security.
• Providing tools for deploying our solution on our clients’ premises or private cloud
• Enhancing and maintaining our Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.
• Leading and supervising the team, offering guidance and ensuring efficient task distribution.
• Steering technical decisions, fostering innovation, and upholding code quality through reviews and adherence to standards.
• Facilitating communication with stakeholders, resolving issues, and fostering a culture of learning and process enhancement.

About you

• You have experience with the following technologies

  • Significant experience and in Go or Rust
  • You have experience with Kubernetes in production, know Kubernetes API in and out and typically can write Kubernetes operators.
  • You understand automation technologies and have experience in Terraform and one of Ansible, Puppet or Chef
• You have a strong DevOps / DevSecOps experience, and are comfortable with cloud providers, preferrably AWS and GCP
• You have significant experience in the operations of a SaaS for a commercial software company with a leading role and good understanding of the work responsibilities and processes
• You are a technical leader, feeding the team with new ideas and innovation
• You are autonomous, you can lead projects and are a team player.
• Linguistic skills : Good in English both written and verbal, French is a plus
