Your role

It’s a Creation of a new squad specialised on Interop & Data product features.

You will help our engineers deliver key features. As a seasoned Data Engineer your priorities will be Data quality, scalability, maintainability and robustness.
You are able to communicate with our partners, in view to facilitate integrations. In this purpose, you are are good at documenting your work, and navigating technical documentation.

• Architect and Optimize: Craft robust data pipelines that ensure timely and accurate availability of crucial workforce data, reducing response time by 30%.

• Data Quality: Implement rigorous data quality checks, resulting in a 20% reduction in data discrepancies and enhancing decision-making reliability.

• Scalability: Scale our data infrastructure to handle exponential growth as we expand our presence to 5,000+ healthcare facilities.

• Innovative Solutions: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to introduce cutting-edge data technologies, driving efficiency gains of 15%.

• Team Player: Foster a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and mentorship within the Data Engineering team, leading to a 25% increase in project delivery speed.

• Preferred Experience/Background: Proven track record in data engineering roles, with 4+ years of experience in designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines.

• Most Important Hard Skill: Proficiency in Python and experience with data warehousing technologies, especially AWS Redshift.

• Most Important Soft Skill: Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a knack for thinking creatively to overcome data engineering challenges.
