YOUR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES
As the right hand of the Director of Finance, Administration and Legal, you will be responsible for handling FP&A, coordinating Finance Operations and managing complex administrative tasks.
More precisely, reporting to our Director of Finance, Administration & Legal you will:
FP&A
Perform regular analysis of business and financial performance of the company and its different activities
Perform regular analysis of our offers: sales volume, margin analysis, pricing strategy, impact of promotional activities
Analyze budget deviations and variations
Produce monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports in collaboration with the rest of the Finance department
Produce financial reports for grants and subventions
Contribute to the building and improvement of our cost accounting system
Contribute to the improvement and optimization of finance and FP&A processes and tools
Contribute to the budgeting process by assisting each team with short and mid-term financial modeling
Contribute to the building of performance dashboards and follow up on financial KPIs
Finance Operations
Assist and collaborate with the rest of the department in the monthly and annual closing of the accounts
Coordinate with the Office Manager and operational teams to ensure the smooth running of Accounts Payable
Coordinate with the Office Manager and operational and sales teams to ensure the smooth running of Accounts Receivable
Assist in cash management operations
Administration
Coordinate the relationship with client procurement and ensure the company meets all client requirements
Manage and prepare the administrative section of tenders and proposals
Produce complex administrative documents such as sworn statements or declarations of honor for client procurement and/or tenders
Contribute to the optimization of the company’s knowledge management
YOUR PREVIOUS EXPERIENCES
You have 4-5 years of experience in FP&A or Controlling.
A background in Finance or Business Administration will help you to be successful in this job.
You have a proven track record of successfully developing financial models, pinpointing trends and coordinating operations.
Experience working with Spendesk and Sage is a plus.
Experience in a growing startup or small company is a plus.

€43-48k gross salary (depending on your profile)
