Job description


To deliver maximum performance across our customer lifecycle, we are looking for a Revenue Operation Manager to support our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to help us exceed our targets for excellence in sales, marketing, and customer success for the group.

Your role and impact will be to:

  • Provide recommendations to increase revenue with a balanced set of processes and tools, which requires owning the technology stack ;
  • Ensure operational excellence around revenue generation;
  • Manage territory, account coverage, sales incentive, and post-sales plan templates and allocations;
  • Lead cross-functional projects to ensure continuity between marketing, sales, and post-sales functions;
  • Manage all analysis for the sales department;
  • Act as the main business partner of the sales department with proactive and long-term solutions;
  • Deliver reactive tactical improvements as well as lead transformation projects

Specifically, the Revenue Op Manager will help us exceed our goals by excelling in these three areas: process - tools - the human relationship, i.e. by playing a major role in setting up all the sales support routines, processes, and materials, from onboarding to regular coaching cadence, for our key roles: Account Executive, Sales Development Representative, Partner, Pre-sales, Customer Success, etc.

Preferred experience


  • The successful candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in sales or marketing operations, or in sales, finance, and accounting supporting a multi-channel SaaS organization targeted at business customers;
  • At least 8 years of successful experience in sales or marketing operations, or in sales, finance, and accounting supporting a multi-channel SaaS organization targeting enterprise sales;
  • Excellent command of the sales technology stack in the context of the overall business and sales objectives;
  • High proficiency in Excel, SalesForce, and Hubspot;
  • Proven ownership of critical sales projects (e.g. annual planning, compensation design, organization design, territory management, process improvement, Salesforce);
  • Excellent communication skills (written, spoken, listened);
  • Master’s degree in engineering, business, or related field or equivalent experience;
  • Ability to build strong relationships across global teams and functions;
  • Ability to work across cultures and time zones;
  • High level of integrity;
  • You are bilingual or native in English? This will be a real strength in an international context!

Type of contract: permanent, full time
Base Salary: according to profile and experience
Location: Lyon, or Paris or Singapore (Asia)
