Our journey began in 2019 with Alexis, Matthieu and Arnaud as our founders. Today we are a global leader in carbon accounting , we’re B-corp certified and a recognised member of the French Tech 120.

Our innovative climate suite combines smart data collection with advanced features, making it the most intuitive carbon accounting solution in the world. With Greenly, companies can precisely measure, actively reduce, and report on their progress. Additionally, our clients receive dedicated support from our climate experts throughout their journey.

Greenly supports over 3,000 companies across more than 20 countries to measure their carbon footprint (through carbon assessment and life cycle analyses), reduce their emissions (SBTi trajectory and action plan quantification), and comply with new regulations (CSRD, CBAM, ISSB).

We are a team of 270 people from 38 nationalities based in Paris, London, Barcelona and New York, which allows us to strengthen our international presence.

Today, our impact is measured in tons of carbon under management, with over 110 million tons of CO2 tracked through our platform. Our next milestone : serving 10,000 clients and managing one billion tons of CO2 to make carbon management as essential as financial management.

🌱  About the role :

We're not looking for someone to just ship screens or manage backlogs. We're looking for someone who can own an entire product scope, from vision to design to delivery.

At Greenly, we believe great product work comes from people who deeply understand the problem, craft simple solutions, and align everyone fast.

We need someone sharp, curious, and hands-on to lead our new product for Lifecycle Analysis, one of our most strategic and complex initiatives.

The goal: empower companies to measure the carbon impact of their products, using robust data and intuitive flows.

🌱 Your missions :

You’ll work closely with climate experts, tech, sales and clients to:

• Understand market context and identify user needs, pain points, and market opportunities
• Frame a clear product vision, define priorities, and align stakeholders
• Design user flows and interfaces that make sense for non-experts
• Work with your tech lead to ensure clean delivery (specs, edge cases, QA, releases, etc).
• Monitor key product metrics and continuously improve the product

We’re looking for a hybrid profile who feels confident doing both product management and product design, with strong leadership, product thinking, and high-quality delivery.

🌱 You'd be a perfect fit for this role if... 

• You’ve been working in product management and product design for 4 to 8 years in the trenches of product squads (not in an agency).
• You’ve already owned complex product scopes end-to-end
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset. Your objective is to win and reach your targets. For that, you are used to crunch data, jump into sales calls, have in depth exchange with the product team to assess feasibility and adjust priorities, and deliver great value.
• You deeply care about impact, and you can prove it with data. You’re not searching for perfection. You’re moving fast, aligning people quickly, and designing experiences that actually drive business.
• You have high agency, leadership, communication skills and resilience

Bonuses:

• You have a beautiful portfolio showing compelling stories with strong product thinking and user / business impact, not just generic design process
• You've worked climate, carbon accounting, or similar complex SaaS flows
