Together with our business development team, you will acquire new business opportunities with corporate clients within banking, telecommunication, automotive, gaming, pharma, and energy sectors. You will be responsible for a new acquisition. You will also get couple of our active clients, where you will be focused on strengthening our relationships. In Granton we are developing couple of complex IT services, you will participate on sales of it. You will support our managers in their business activities and help them to develop suitable business strategies. Moreover, you will also support our internal recruiting team in the search for IT experts. You will interact with IT experts on a daily basis, offer them positions on our clients’ projects, provide information about the hiring process and help them increase their chances of success.

·      Account management

·       Generating prospects and acquire leads

·       Participating on tenders and proposals

·       Supporting Granton’s managers

·       Pushing managers to open new projects, positions

·     Supporting and cooperating with Recruiting team (i.e., provide available candidates, check open position, schedule interviews)

·       Supporting Sales strategy implementation

·       Providing consultation and sales education to our consultants

·       Communicating our available candidates with clients

·       Supporting and cooperating with Marketing team

·       End of the month accounting

·       Proofreading and writing a technical documentation

·       Setting up your own Sales plan

·       Regular reporting to board members

·       CRM administration


Požadavky na pozici

·Experience with B2B sales and recruiting – min. 1 year

· Experience with software development – advantage

· Experience with sales of complex services - advantage

· Experience from a corporate environment in insurance, telecommunications, energy, gaming, pharma or automotive industries - advantage

· Communicative English

· Knowledge of MS Office and Google products

· Communication level of English

· Business spirit - interested in the business part of IT consulting, conduct presentations, and lead negotiations

·       Communication skills – confident to have discussions with experienced managers and to get people excited

· Extraversion – friendly with a pleasant demeanor and eager to approach new people

· Assertiveness – comfortable with handling challenging discussions with business contacts and leading price negotiations

· Goal orientation – drive to achieve desired outcomes and meet firm’s financial targets

· Empathy - empathize with other people and understand their needs

·       Team player – ability to assume leadership role but also support your colleagues beyond your own goals

·       Independence – skilled in managing own time and schedule and deliver within set deadlines
