About your team and your mission
You will be the analytical engine of our Go-to-Market team, transforming raw data into strategic insights and intent signals that drive decision-making across Marketing and Sales.
Your day-to-day partners will be 1 Marketing Operations manager, 2 Sales Operations managers, and 1 Analytics Engineer. You will report to Orian, Marketing Director.
What success looks like:
- Enable Marketing and Sales teams to make data-driven decisions on content performance, campaign ROI, and sales-marketing alignment
- Build and maintain GitGuardian's long-term GTM data architecture alongside our central Data team
- Own reporting infrastructure (Metabase) for GTM performance tracking
- Tackle the most technical challenges for Marketing and Sales Ops teams
Your day-to-day will include:
- Conducting deep-dive analyses to answer critical business questions: "Which channels deliver the highest ROI?", "What defines our Ideal Customer Profile?", "Where are the friction points in our marketing funnel?"
- Partnering with Marketing and Sales Ops to activate the data of tools like HubSpot, Customer.io, and LinkedIn Ads
- Collaborating with the Demand Gen Manager on campaign performance measurement and with the Head of RevOps on pipeline forecasting and lead scoring refinement
- Maintaining the GTM data stack with HubSpot as the source of truth and Snowflake as the warehouse
This role is ideal for hybrid technical-business profiles: you'll gain exposure to modern data infrastructure and best-in-class GTM systems, positioning yourself as an expert on cutting-edge tools like Clay and AI-powered workflows.
You will gain access to a world-class GTM stack, coaching and support from tenured GTM and data leaders, a very tech-savvy team, and unique data activation tactics thanks to our Good Samaritan alerting program.
Stack & tools: Clay, N8N, Zapier, Snowflake, HubSpot, Lemlist, Metabase

If you think you match at least 70% of these criteria, please apply!

- Reporting & BI mastery: Deep experience building reports for GTM teams using Metabase (or equivalent BI tools). You understand data structures and can work effectively with executives
- Automation skills (N8N): Ability to transform data structures and automate workflows. Bonus if you've implemented lead scoring or built internal GTM engines
- Business-oriented thinking: You connect technical work to business outcomes (pipeline, revenue, CAC, LTV), not just data outputs. You're curious about how the business operates and can translate stakeholder needs into data solutions
- Communication & collaboration: You articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical peers and non-technical stakeholders from Sales and Marketing. You share knowledge proactively and collaborate smoothly across teams
The following skills would strengthen your application but aren't required:
