Help us build the best solution to manage corporate equity and stockholder in France and Europe with your legal expertise

We are looking for a corporate law expert to take over Equify corporate law expertise. This position will report to the CEO (ex-lawyer) and will be a key stakeholder in building out the future of Equify.

What will you be doing?

• Counsel the Equify product team to help them build scalable and effective processes for legal review and launch of new products.
• Draft, review, and update foundational documents for product and service offerings.
• Actively collaborate with all Equify teams, including operations and marketing, on a range of issues related to corporate law and legal best practices.
• Stay abreast of changes to corporate law that would impact Equify and communicate changes and business impacts to all stakeholders.
• Represent Equify on a variety of legal topics before our clients, law firms, and other external partners.

This job has been tailored for you if…

• You have at least 3-5 years or more as a corporate legal counsel expert — specific experience in fundraising would be a big advantage
• You are a terrific communicator (written and verbal), with an ability to make complex regulatory concepts clear to business teams, engineers, lawyers, and regulators.
• Excellent judgment, and be capable of making smart decisions in the face of ambiguity and imperfect information.
• Team player, you are able to build trust and gain respect from all teams you will be working hands in hands with to define, agree and execute the best strategy.
• You are fluent in French and English.
