👫 About the team

The Demand team is composed of straightforward and energetic online advertising experts that help bring Equativ programmatic solutions to market. They build long-term relationships with the most strategic Demand partners, representing some of the largest players in the AdTech industry, guiding them to maximize their investment. The Demand department is a critical component of driving Equativ adoption and shaping the future of an industry leader.

Missions👇

- Revenue development (display/video) with agencies (big 6 or independent specialists)

- Management of a commercial portfolio with media agencies, trading desks and DSPs

- Evangelization of the role of an SSP with buyers and the entire programmatic chain. Promotion of the specificities of Equativ.

- Ability to manage advertiser briefs, deals (delivery) with all constraints (discrepancies / brand safety / visibility ...)

- Ability to drive and lead targeted relationship marketing towards agency audiences.

- Ability to liaise with internal operations and development teams to influence the product roadmap.

✍️ Key Responsibilities

-to operate and grow business-based digital (multiscreen departments & CTV buyers  / programmatic teams/account managers ) at media agencies trading descs and direct advertisers

-Selling Equativ's media solutions ( in managed services) and promoting the use of smart self-service buying tools thanks to the expert team.

- Build strong relationships with buyers through regular meetings, calls, and provision of inventory reports and recommendations.

- Achieving or exceeding planned P&L objectives & targets + Bringing the vision, strategy and business plan of the company to reality,

- Manage existing Key Demand relationships & ensuring they are satisfied with the services + assist in growing the account

- You will ensure focus is maintained on objectives that will have the biggest impact for the demand business.

- You coordinate strategic initiatives with selected partners.

- Grow awareness around our ad inventory offer and create a reputation of excellence for Equativ RTB+ in the marketplace.

- Identify and execute optimum trading options, including fixed-price guaranteed, dynamic and fixed-price non-guaranteed RTB, domain recommendations, floor management, etc.

- Liaise with our Marketing team to build custom ad packages for premium programmatic, managed services and support revenue growth.

- Develop a very good understanding of the programmatic marketplace and of the operation of the Equativ RTB+ platform.

- Articulate and address technical issues, creating solutions where possible and escalating them internally otherwise.

Working closely with the account management team to succeed in the campaign delivery and in pre-sales recommendations.

Build the right formats with our clients to create the right level of awareness, expertise and relationship with all the agencies' contacts you have in charge. ( including C level)

Profile 💪

- Master degree in Business management with strong tech/ media background

- 5 years of business development experience

- Understanding of the AdTech ecosystem

- Ability to exceed objectives, relational agility internally and externally

- Autonomy in its commercial activity and reporting

- Fluent in English

- AdTech and programmatic culture
