At Enky, we’re growing fast, and our product and service catalogue is at the heart of everything: revenue, customer experience, and operational excellence. We need a Catalogue Owner who can turn a complex, sprawling set of products, SKUs, bundles, and configurations into a lean, accurate, high-performing engine that scales effortlessly.

This role isn’t just about managing a list, it’s about shaping the backbone of Enky’s growth, optimizing margins, supporting Sales, and ensuring every offering is ready for prime time.


Your Mission (Next 6–12 Months)

  • Own every item in the catalogue—products, services, bundles, configurations—end-to-end.

  • Build bulletproof catalogue processes that are scalable, efficient, and mistake-proof.

  • Collaborate across Product, Operations, Sales, and external partners to launch new offerings without hiccups.

  • Optimize pricing, margins, and supplier dependencies to drive profitability.

  • Monitor catalogue performance, eliminate errors, and continuously raise the bar.


What You’ll Be Doing Day-to-Day

  • Keep our catalogue spotless, structured, and reliable.

  • Define and enforce pricing rules, margin limits, and supplier workflows.

  • Partner with Product & Ops to integrate new items, validate feasibility, and maintain consistency.

  • Enable Sales with up-to-date catalogue info, clear documentation, and training.

  • Track performance metrics—usage, margins, errors, obsolescence—and drive improvements.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Ops, Sales, Finance, Tech, Customer Success) and external partners (suppliers, logistics, service providers) to keep the catalogue deployment-ready.

  • Hard Skills:

    • Experience managing product or service catalogues, SKUs, or complex configurations.

    • Sharp analytical skills and structured thinking.

    • Know your way around pricing, margins, and supplier management.

    • Comfortable with data tools and PIM systems (Excel, Google Sheets, Notion, Airtable, etc.).

    • Clear, precise, and process-oriented communicator.

      Soft Skills:

    • Obsessed with ownership and attention to detail—nothing slips through.

    • Excellent cross-functional collaborator.

    • Thrives in complexity; can prioritize and tame a sprawling catalogue.

    • Curious, problem-solver, and constantly looking to improve.

      Languages:

    • French: Fluent

    • English: Professional proficiency
