We’re looking for a Customer Care Intern in Brussels who will help ensure that our houses and our members receive the best possible support and experience.
Ticket Hero: Handle incoming support tickets from members and ensure issues are solved quickly and efficiently.
Customer Care Champion: Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with members.
Maintenance Coordinator: Follow up on maintenance issues and make sure repairs are handled properly.
House Guardian: Keep a close eye on the overall condition of our Brussels houses and ensure everything stays in top shape.
Field Explorer: Spend time on-site when needed to check issues, coordinate fixes, and support the operational team.
Handyman Sidekick: Work closely with a handyman and help coordinate tasks and priorities.
Problem Solver: Handle day-to-day operational challenges, including occasional urgent situations, with calm and efficiency.
Autonomous & Proactive: You take initiative and don’t wait to be told what to do.
Cool Under Pressure: You can manage stress and stay calm when facing urgent situations.
Field-Friendly: You’re not afraid of being on-site and handling practical operational tasks.
Customer-Oriented: You enjoy interacting with people and providing great service.
Communication Pro: Fluent in English with strong interpersonal skills.
