At Generali CEE Holding we are looking for a new colleague who will support the International CEE Head of Communications in coordinating mainly internal communication and events within the International CEE region in line with the Group's strategy. This position is a long-term replacement for maternity leave.

The main duties will be:

  • Support steering and coordination of employee communication within the CEE region generating wide-spread consensus and commitment on major group campaigns
  • Support preparation, coordination and setting up of virtual Town Halls, Generali top management visits, business conferences within CEE and employees get together at Prague regional office
  • Provide support in creation of storytelling around internal communication matters (business drivers, diversity, equity & inclusion, sustainability), develop written/visuals materials, including internal communication messages, presentations, Q&As and speeches
  • Plan, edit and write content for a variety of internal communication platforms, such as Intranet and Newsletter
  • Develop new digital tools and format to innovate the employee communication
  • Develop the audience strategy of the internal channels; identifying new high potential content opportunities
  • Use social media and other tools to communicate with employees internally
  • Review media coverage regarding Generali Group and insurance topics
  • Organize important events and meetings, communicate with external PR/events agencies

The perfect candidate should have:

  • Min. 3 years working experience in a similar position (Corporate Communication, PR agencies)
  • Experience from insurance or finance area would be an advantage
  • Excellent written and spoken Czech and English (C1 level)
  • Good knowledge of Power Point, Excel, Word; basic knowledge of Adobe suite (Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator)
  • Visuals skills (videomaking, editing, graphic) are an advantage
  • Strong writing abilities across a variety of channels; ability to flex style and tone
  • Excellent communication, presentation, organizational and time management skills
  • A strong team player able to work in a multinational and time-zone different environment
