Leading and coordinating customer and internal projects in IT department - reviews the project proposal to determine timeframe, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing the project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project. Defines / designs activities, starting from existing solutions. Coordinates a small team of specialists to implement project tasks. Contributes to setting project evaluation parameters. Contacts the project sponsor / client at a tactical level. Regularly reports project progress to senior management and/or the sponsor/client. Contributes to improving / developing systems
