Generali CEE Holding is looking for a new colleague for the position of Life Insurance Expert with an actuarial background reporting to the Regional Chief Insurance Officer for Life and Health.

What will be your main responsibilities?

  • Support the Life Insurance Area in the systematic monitoring of the local business in terms of portfolio analysis, risk exposure and consistency of T&C
  • Prepare analysis of technical consistency in local pricing processes
  • Cooperate with regional actuarial function in identifying possible issues arising from official reports (NBV reports, Actuarial KPI’s, VIF,…) to be addressed locally
  • Participate in the regional and group initiatives related to new products
  • Support the preparation and realization of meetings, workshops and related materials
  • Contribute to monitoring the performance of the product approved in terms of KPIs, both group and regional, by supporting the countries with actions and measures to improve performance and profitability
  • Support the Life Product Approval and Review: 1) Ensure the compliance and timeliness of the approval process, 2) Support the analysis, research and review of supporting material for product approval decisions, 3) Communication with all bodies involved in the product approval process at all levels, 4) Provide support in performing periodic review of open-to-sale products and follow-up actions

What we need from you?

  • University degree (technical, finance, mathematics, statistics)
  • Min. 5 years of experience in the Actuarial / Product development area
  • Knowledge of life insurance products and actuarial mathematics
  • Very good English (daily use)
