This role covers following activities

• Support adoption of the changes using structured methodology and change management activities
• Consult and coach teams, which also means to be able to give feedback
• Identify and manage anticipated and persistent resistance
• Support training efforts
• Motivate the teams, explain the changes and coordinate towards the goals

Your profile

• 3-5 years experience from similar position with strong knowledge of Agile principles in IT
• Strong communication skills - ability to articulate messages to a variety of audiences
• Proven experience with change management principles, methodologies and tools
• Organizational skills
• Ability to motivate, support and explain
• Powerpoint is your superpower
• Fluent English (at least B2)
