What your future position looks like:
Within the Customer Success department you will:
Lead a team of technical support specialists, in charge of performing clients databases migration to our system & ad-hoc client requests
Ensure the application of processes and escalation & documentation of technical issues to technical teams
Identify room for improvements in those key processes
For big clients, be the project manager in charge of delivering a best-in-class data migration
Coordinate support specialists and customer success managers to ensure high quality of client onboarding
Work closely with Customer Success managers & Migration developers
You will be a good fit to join us if you:
Have an engineering studies background - Master level preferable
Have +2 years of experience with years of professional experience in the IT field
Already experienced team management
Led successful projects in your past experiences, and have project management skills
Feel comfortable working with Excel / SQL
Basic understanding of Python
Knowledge of Notion, Hubspot tools is a plus
Have business proficiency in English (French is a plus)
Enjoy taking initiative and achieving results 💪
