About the role 👋

As Mobile QA Engineer at Bitstack, you’ll be the reference point for quality across our squads. You’ll define, own, and implement QA processes, set the bar for excellence, and work closely with engineers to ensure every feature meets the highest standards of quality, security, and performance. You’ll have the autonomy to shape our testing strategy in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

What you’ll do

• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define and refine mobile app requirements

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and cases for iOS and Android apps

• Perform both manual and automated testing, including regression, integration, and exploratory testing

• Define, implement, and continuously improve QA processes across squads

• Mentor teammates and act as a quality ambassador within the company

• Identify, document, and track defects with clarity and precision

• Champion quality best practices and a user-first mindset

• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and learning

Skills we are excited about ⭐

We’re looking for someone genuinely friendly and ambitious.

• 5+ years in QA, ideally in fast-paced mobile product environments

• Experience with both manual and automated testing for Flutter

• Experience with mobile automation frameworks (Appium, Espresso, XCUITest, etc.)

• Familiarity with tools like Linear, TestRail, or similar

• Strong communication and project management skills

• Analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable working in both French & English

• Previous experience in a Fintech/Payments environment is a plus

• Bonus: scripting skills (Python, JavaScript, etc.), passion for Bitcoin & personal finance
