ENTER THE GAME
To support the next phase of our product evolution, we're looking for a Senior Product Operations expert — someone who is deeply passionate about Product Management and who masters the methodologies, rituals, and operational mechanics of great product organizations.
You'll lead initiatives to structure and scale our product operating model across teams. From defining product Methodology, strategic rituals to fine-tuning workflows, and from animating a 200+ person Product community, this is a role for someone who thrives on impact, clarity, and execution at scale.
YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC
In this role, your main missions will be:
Build, improve, and scale product methodologies, rituals, workflows, governance, and tooling to help teams ship the right product, faster and better.
Lead the animation of Betclic's Product Chapter (200+ people), and co-organize, each quarter, major internal events that align the full Product & Tech organization (700+ people) around strategy and roadmaps.
Partner with HR & Product Leads to design product roles, recruitment processes, onboarding paths, training programs, frameworks, and contribute to our internal Product Academy.
Roll out critical horizontal topics such as AI integration in our product workflows, GTM processes, roadmap management, and
Work closely with the Product & Tech Flow team (our operational backbone) to identify friction, co-design solutions, and ensure organization-wide adoption.
Actively contribute to product recruitment, onboarding, and role definition in collaboration with People, Ops, and Product Leadership.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm!
You bring 8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, or Product Strategy in fast-paced tech environments. You've worked at scale and know how to bring order to complexity.
You know how to drive transformation at scale—by building trust, simplifying complexity, and adapting methods to reality, not the other way around.
A Strong communicator & facilitator
You feel at ease speaking to a room of 300, aligning stakeholders across disciplines, or running high-impact workshops.
You think in systems, bring clarity to ambiguity, and balance long-term vision with short-term execution.
You collaborate smoothly with Tech, Product, Data, and Business teams in both languages.
