As a channel manager you will be responsible for a portfolio of artists and labels on all video distribution aspects. You will advise artists and labels on how to make the most of their video and audio products by applying platform best practice, navigating rights management, and looking at opportunities to increase revenue. You will also be the key support person for all video related questions. A strong understanding of the digital music landscape is key, as well as experience navigating YouTube’s CMS and managing accounts.
1) Account Management & Support
- Daily client support
- Problem solving and issue resolution
- Analytics and reporting
- Business Reviews and client presentations
- Support sales team with new business pitches
2) Rights Management
- Ensure content is being correctly monetised
- Utilise Believe’s tools to manage clients rights
- Maximise clients catalogue
- Proactively audit channels and look at optimisations to increase revenue
- Navigate YouTube’s CMS in order to provide feedback and solutions
3) Internal Processes
- Work closely with the video rights & distribution teams
- Evaluate processes and present solutions to the Head of Video
- Follow established OKR’s and work with the Head of Video
- Ability to prioritise tasks
4) Audience Development
- Provide proactive ideas, recommendations and strategies
- Distil platform best practices
- Maximise Short Form Video across all relevant platforms
- Work closely with the label management team
- This position will be based in Amsterdam or Stockholm
- Business consultant contract
- 1 year contract to be renewed each year
