Your Role at Basikon : Configuration Specialist.
As a Configuration Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our software solution. You’ll ensure our innovative platform is perfectly tailored to our clients’ needs and functions smoothly. Your work will directly contribute to maximizing the efficiency and functionality of our systems, giving our clients a decisive competitive advantage.
Your core responsibilities :
Analyze system requirements: You’ll understand the individual needs of our clients and translate them into technical specifications.
Configure software solutions: You’ll implement and optimize the Basikon software to precisely meet defined requirements.
Communicate and coordinate: You’ll be the interface between clients, developers, and project managers, ensuring a smooth flow of information.
Quality assurance: You’ll actively contribute to the functionality and efficiency of our systems by testing and optimizing configurations.
Troubleshooting and problem-solving: You’ll identify and resolve configuration issues quickly and effectively.
Client support: Occasional on-site visits to our clients will enrich your daily work and deepen our collaboration.
What you should bring :
Experience in Configuration Management: You’ve already gained solid knowledge in software or system configuration.
Analytical skills: You think logically, quickly grasp complex relationships, and develop efficient solutions.
Strong communication skills: You can convey technical matters clearly and understandably, and you’re a convincing interlocutor for all stakeholders.
Problem-solving aptitude: You tackle challenges head-on, find quick solutions, and aren’t deterred by obstacles.
Bonus points: Knowledge of the leasing and credit sector, as well as a technical degree (e.g., Computer Science, Business Informatics), are advantageous but not a prerequisite.
