Aeven is seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to play a pivotal role in our global security strategy. As the Cybersecurity Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by transforming and consolidating our Security Operations services. In this customer-facing role, you will lead a talented team in the Czech Republic, driving operational excellence and ensuring seamless alignment with our global Security Operations framework within an international IT outsourcing environment

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the Cybersecurity team in the Czech Republic, focusing on technologies such as Active Directory (AD), Identity and Access Management (IAM), and Privileged Identity/Access Management (PIM/PAM).

  • Provide technical leadership in the AD area (on-premises and cloud), with hands-on experience in ADFS, Entra ID, PKI, and ADDS preferred.

  • Manage and participate in internal and external audits, including pre-sales activities, service delivery, and handling escalations.

  • Take a critical role in major incident response, ensuring timely resolution and engaging the right resources.

  • Collaborate with the Director of Services in the Denmark and the Global Security Management team to define and enhance Security Operations services, including input on scope, architecture, costing, and pricing.

  • Foster global collaboration within Security Operations teams and across the broader Aeven organization, driving continuous improvement in service delivery quality.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external customers and internal stakeholders to enhance service value and customer satisfaction.

  • Leverage the strengths of the Czech cybersecurity market to expand service responsibilities within the Czech Republic and Hungary.

  • Manage team workload effectively by setting clear goals, allocating resources, and overseeing project execution.

  • Drive process and quality improvements through automation and process optimization.

  • Ensure the delivery of customer SLAs and KPIs, maintaining high performance and service quality standards.


Požadavky na pozici

  • Proven track record in IT security leadership, with a strong understanding of new and emerging trends in cybersecurity.

  • Solid technical knowledge of Active Directory, Identity & Access Management (IAM), and Privileged Identity Management (PIM).

  • Familiarity with ITIL processes.

  • Experience and interest in improving AD team performance.

  • Self-motivated with a strong focus on staying updated on IT security trends.

  • Ability to collaborate with and influence service architects in defining Security Operations service frameworks.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop teams effectively.

  • Familiarity with IT Operations and IT Outsourcing environments.

  • In-depth knowledge of performance metrics and how to apply them to improve team efficiency.

  • Fluency in English.

  • Ability to commute to Prague at least for 1 day/week
