We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our HR & Recruitment team in Prague. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a student pursuing a career in Human Resources to gain hands-on experience and contribute to various HR initiatives within our organization.
The HR Student Assistant will work closely with HR professionals and Recruiters and support day-to-day HR operations across multiple functional areas.
As an HR Assistant you will:
Assist with recruitment activities, such as posting job openings, sourcing candidate, and scheduling interviews across CZ and DK.
Support new hire onboarding process.
Assist with employee relations initiatives, including drafting communications, conducting research, and organizing employee events.
Support HR projects and initiatives.
Respond to general inquiries from employees and provide assistance as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR information with integrity and discretion.

Currently enrolled in a university pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Excellent communication skills in English and Czech, both written and verbal.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive attitude and ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
