Our IAM’s customers seek our expertise to define and set up the right governance, processes, roles and responsibilities, information models, role-based models, and access rules, as well as the right architecture and technology.
Your Responsibilities
Daily operation of Identity and Access Management tools covering Sailpoint IIQ, IdentityNow, Omada (depends on your skills and further education)
Implementation of changes
Incident & problem handling
Process optimization
2nd - 3rd level customer support
Serve as a technical advisor to both technical and non-technical audiences

General understanding of Identity and Access Management processes and governance
Preferably 2+ years of experience with Identity & Access Management.
Relevant IT degree is an advantage.
Basic understanding of testing procedures.
Problem solving orientation with an ability to read and understand data logs to find what cause an incident in daily operations.
A good understanding of Identity and access management life cycle and knowledge of integrations with SAP, Active Directory and Exchange/Office365 solutions, Azure Ad-Connect.
At least a basic knowledge of SQL, LDAP, JavaScript, xml, GIT and IT infrastructure
Excellent collaboration and communication skills – daily written and oral communication in English
