360Learning is looking for a Senior Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our US Outbound team. Your role will consist of generating opportunities from 360Learning top priority, highest potential accounts. As the owner of these accounts, you will be in charge of developing personalized outreach strategies to connect with target personas and transform intent signals into a sales pipeline.
More specifically, you will be in charge of your territory to create and qualify cold outbound leads and contact potential customers through cold-calls, email, and LinkedIn. Throughout your conversations, you will detect customer pain points, understand their context, and how we can help. You will evangelize collaborative learning in the market, and pitch the 360Learning value proposition.
To achieve your goals, you will benefit from top-notch ABM capabilities: every day, you will receive insights into which accounts to target based on their web activity, and a pre-built list of contacts to reach out to, as well as inbound leads generated from the interest you have created at accounts. Working in close collaboration with your coach, marketing operations, demand gen, and sales, you will benefit from thorough onboarding and continuous learning & coaching opportunities as you grow.

Previous experience of at least 9-12 months hitting targets as an Enterprise BDR/SDR in a B2B SaaS environmentPrevious experience in outbound and/or account-based marketingStrong written and oral communication skillsPassion for learning and educationPreferred but not mandatory: experience using Salesforce, Salesloft, and GongBachelor's degreeEnthusiasm about the idea of working in our Culture of ConvexityWhat We Offer
