In this role you will ;

  1. Support the dealer network in warranty matters. 
  2. Reduce warranty costs. 
  3. Coaching and mentoring colleagues (Senior) 
  4. Warranty support: provide quick, qualitative answers and solutions to the network (tickets). 
  5. Warranty claim validation: provide quick, qualitative support for warranty queries and claim validation. 
  6. Analyse and report warranty behaviour. If necessary, consult with Warranty Manager (Nissan Benelux) or level 2. 
  7. Report any documentation inaccuracy, missing information, tool or software bug. 
  8. Identify and propose pre-formatted warranty queries for supporting network empowerment and efficiency. 
  9. Train dealers on site and remotely on Warranty Policy and Procedures. (Senior) 
  10. Coaching and mentoring colleagues. (Senior)
  11. Interaction with stakeholder. (Senior) 
  12. Taking initiative in looking for solutions and improvements. (Senior) 

Preferred experience

In addition to qualifications/Certifications outlined above, what experience is ideal for the role? 

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • Relevant experience in a dealership 
  • Service advisor with experience in handling warranty claims 
  • Claim
  • Experience:   
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a Warranty activity 

Knowledge:   

  • Excellent technical knowledge 
  • Expert knowledge of warranty and goodwill rules 
  • Administration: MS Office: Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Outlook
