As an Automotive Business Analyst, you will collect, collate and analyze several internal and external composite data documents. You will support the National Sales Company to identify and prioritize improvements and growth opportunities at National and Dealer levels.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify and collect key data from both internal and external sources.
- Propose implementations of new tools of analysis.
- Updating and monitoring reports of used products and contracts activated by the network.
- Analysis of the Italian used vehicle market, with focus on individual B2C, C2C, C2B, B2B channels.
- Network stock analysis.
- Strategic analysis on internal and external requests from the department.
- Creation and update of PPT presentation on performance and forecast on used cars business.
- Link role between Management IT for the adaptation of business intelligence tools (e.g. PowerBi) to new commercial conditions/data visualization requests.
- Monitoring and management of used vehicles online booking.
- Used commercial campaign tracking.
- Communication and data sharing with Management and field staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor in Economics or Engineering or similar;
- Almost 1 year of experience in automotive sector;
- 6 months of previous experience in similar positions;
- High level of computer literacy, especially MS Excel (Power BI is a plus);
- Strong data interpretation skills;
- Good communication skills;
- Good relational skills;
- Adaptability and flexibility;
- Good planning and organizing skills;
- Ability to work in team;
- Problem solving skills;
- Ability to take Initiative;
- Languages: Italian and preferably English
