YOUSIGN (soon-to-be YOUTRUST)

Our product is built by 6 autonomous Product Squads, organised in Impact Teams:

Each Squad is composed of :

• One or two Product Managers

• A Product Designer

• An Engineering Manager

• Between 4 and 6 front-end or back-end developers

Each Squad partners with Product Marketing on the positioning and go-to-market strategy.

On a technical level, our product relies on a strong platform built and maintained by several teams:

• The Engine team: in charge of core services for eSignature, PDF processing, and file storage, they work on the foundations that powers the entire platform.

• The Developer Experience team ensure that all developers have the tools and services they need to build the best product.

• The SRE team: they ensures that our services are always available. They build and maintain a robust and scalable architecture.

• The Data team: they provide analytics infrastructure, manage company KPIs, and enable self-service data capabilities so every team can make informed decisions.

• The Security & Compliance team maintains the compliance standards (eIDAS), conduct security audits, assess risks, define policies. They ensure security meets business needs without slowing teams down. The objective is to stay ahead in a regulated environment.

• The IT team supports our hybrid work model and provide IT support.

At the same time, we are maintaining and refining an electronic signature product while expanding into companies and document identity verification, customer onboarding and entering new European markets.

• Simplicity: we strive to deliver the simplest digital trust experience end-to-end, even as we scale. It’s represented by five principles: efficiency, ease of use, consistency, transparency, and support.

• Sense of ownership: By co-creating quarterly roadmaps derived from annual objectives, we ensure every team member clearly understands the purpose and impact of their work.

1. International expansion: We’re strongly established in France, and now we’re accelerating our growth across Europe. Concretely, this means building products and experiences that work seamlessly in new markets, with different customer expectations, local regulations, and go-to-market realities. Once these countries are firmly established, we’ll replicate what works and expand further across Europe.

2. Build all the instruments of Trust: We’re building a broader, sovereign digital trust platform. We’ll keep improving the core signature experience while expanding into identity and company verification, document verification and customer onboarding. The ambition is to make Trust effortless for customers.

3. Support the continuous growth and scaling of the business: Our signature and verification volumes are increasing and will continue to grow, raising the bar on reliability and performance.
