🎯 Your missions

- Ensure the successful deployment of new customers - training, support for buyers and end-users

- Manage a portfolio of customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty, including managing the relationship with the buyer and developing opportunities within the account, to be discussed with the Sales contact point

- Update and communicate changes to pricing conditions, including annual renegotiations for part of the portfolio

- Monitor and analyse key indicators (quality, satisfaction)

- Monitor trends in figures on the existing portfolio, identify accounts at risk and take the necessary action

- Contribute to product improvement by reporting customer needs

- Ensure communications to animate your customer portfolio and the end-user community, including announcing new product releases

- Work closely with our Sales team

- Improve the use of the most relevant tools (Back Office, Hubspot, support, etc.) and the processes to be put in place to make the department as efficient as possible.

🌟 You are the ideal candidate if

- You have 2-3 years' experience as a Customer Success or Account Manager

- You know how to reassure and communicate effectively with both customers and internal teams

- You enjoy developing relationships and business opportunities

- You're organised - nothing gets past you!

- You're a self-starter. You can't stop using your analytical skills, pitching your ideas and seizing opportunities!

- You have a strong capacity for execution and analysis, and you're capable of coping with an intense pace and developing in a demanding environment with high-level contacts

- You have excellent written and spoken communication skills

- You are fluent in both French and English
