About the Role
At Uber Eats, our journey in the Grocery & Retail space is just beginning, and we’re looking for passionate, results-driven individuals to help us scale it. As an Account Manager Grocery & Retail, you will play a critical role in nurturing and growing our store-level partnerships with emerging retail brands as well as with newly signed partners across France.
You will manage a portfolio of multi-store retail partners (supermarkets, hypermarkets, specialty shops, etc.) and will be responsible for driving their success on the Uber Eats platform. Your work will directly impact our ability to deliver quality selection and a seamless experience to customers nationwide.
In this role, you will work hand-in-hand with the Key Account Manager (KAM) of each brand, ensuring that the national strategy is translated effectively at the store level. You’ll act as the operational and strategic relay in the field, building strong alignment and consistent execution between national expectations and local realities.
