The position:

As part of the Skeepers Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for various recruitment aspects within the teams. You will have a crucial role in the build-up process, manager support and future talent recruitment.

Missions:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Handling administrative Human Resources tasks

• Defining various recruitment needs with respective managers

• Attracting new talents using our tools

• Establishing long lasting relationships with universities to attract young talents

• Setting up recruitment processes (interviews and criteria)

• Screening resumes

• Conducting pre screening steps

• Making sure to select the most suitable candidates

• Organising and participating in the Onboarding process of new arrivals

You could be the ideal candidate if you:

• Have a Bachelor in HR, Communication or another relevant degree.
• Speak both French and English languages fluently
• Have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Are proactive, independent, and ambitious towards your personal and professional goals
• Have a strong sense of confidentiality
